The house is just 90 footsteps from the seaside where the first bench waits for you and invites you to enjoy the sunset, the view of the Cres Island and the peninsula of Istria. As there is an ice cream and drinks kiosk during the high summer season, you can also have a drink or an ice cream while contemplating the beautiful scenery.

If you want to stretch your legs a bit, turn right, as there is a nice 10 minutes walk to the nearby village of Njivice. If you prefer a long walk along the coast, turn left and dicover one of the most beautiful trails on the Krk Island – the Paradise Path (Rajski put). You will pass by the Kijac Beach, where your dogs are also welcome, and in about an hour you will arrive to the nearby town of Malinska where the Path ends.

The seaside is mostly rocky with delightful small pebble beaches, suitable for children and elderly people. When the sun is too hot, you can easily find some shadow under the giant old pinetrees and oaks, which grow along the coast. Not far away a wheelchair ramp with a handrail is making the acces to the sea easier for disabled or elderly people.

The flat we rent has an independent entrance from the upper garden. The 300 square meters of the upper garden are at your disposal. You can relax there in the shade on the lawn chairs we provide or play with your children and/or your pets. Yes, pets are welcome, provided some rules are respected. There is an outdoor eating area with a barbecue grill and a table which you can use. On the way from the upper to the lower (private) garden you will find an open air shower used by all the tenants of the house. The tiny outdoor bathroom with a squat toilet and a shower is also at everybody's disposal.

When you enter the flat, you step right into a charming and spacious kitchen (18 m²) with a balcony and a wonderful view of the trees, the sea, the Cres Island and Istria. During the meals you can enjoy this view from behind the dining table and even while cooking, you won't fall short of a view either. Through the window in the wall behind the cooktop all kinds of trees - palm trees, olive trees, oaks, cypresses – will keep you company.

It is not allowed to smoke in the flat, but it is permitted to smoke on the balcony. Smokers or non-smokers alike can relax there in comfortable wicker chairs.

In the passage leading from the kitchen to the lounge there is a large storage cabinet (for shoes, beach bags,...). The small lounge with a sofa can be turned into a spare bedroom, if necessary, as the sofa can be transformed into a double bed.

The two bedrooms with a balcony and a view are right next to the lounge. One bedroom has got a double bed and the other one has got twin beds, which can be put together as a double bed upon request.

The bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilette is also next to the lounge and a small utility room is just behind the bathroom.
